Accommodation

The Organizing Committee was able to secure a five stars hotel and a three stars hotel at the same location.

 

Accommodation in these hotels (the conference venue) must be done through the organizing committee by completing the section on the registration form.

Grand Tiba Hotel (Five stars):

  A- Standard room (including breakfast and  service charge)
        1) Single: Euro € ( 75 ) per night
        2) Double : Euro € ( 55 ) per person per night

    B- Executive  suite (including breakfast and  service charge)

        1) Single: Euro € ( 120 ) per night
        2) Double : Euro € ( 65 ) per person per night

 Tiba Rose Hotel (Three stars):  

Different types of accommodation are provided at Tiba Rose Hotel:

(Rates including breakfast and  service charge)

    A- Standard room (bedroom with bathroom + TV)
        1) Single: Euro € ( 50 ) per night
        2) Double : Euro € ( 40 ) per person per night

    B- One room suite( bedroom + sitting space + bathroom + TV+ refrigerator)

        3) Single : Euro € ( 60 ) per night.
        4) Double: Euro € ( 45 ) per person per night

    C- Two room suite (2 bedroom + sitting space + bathroom + TV+ refrigerator) .
        5) For 4 persons: Euro € ( 30) per person per night

Accommodation Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, please notify the Conference Secretary in writing before December 08, 2006.  Requests for refunds after December 08, 2006. will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night stay.
